Return Guidelines
We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused portion within 60 days* of the purchase date and EC Research Corp. will refund your money less shipping.
Return Guidelines:
- Only one return per customer.
- Only those products purchased from our website are eligible for a direct refund from EC Research Corp. All other return or refund requests should be addressed with the retailer of purchase.
- All eligible returns must be:
- Postmarked or return shipped within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Shipped to the address provided below.
Any returned merchandise that is shipped to our fulfillment center will be refused and returned to the sender.
- No refunds will be issued without an RMA number.
Any returns that do not include and RMA number that is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused and returned to the sender.
- EC Research will not process or refund any returned shipments that are refused by the customer or marked "Return to Sender".
- Any and all complaints concerning damaged, incomplete or erroneous shipments must be reported to EC Research within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or the wrong product was shipped, ECR will pay for return shipping provided that EC Research is notified within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- We recommend customers use a traceable shipping method for sending return packages. EC Research will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit. Refunds of lost return shipments will be issued only if proof of receipt can be established.
Return Instructions:
- Email us at returns@ecresearchcorp.com or call 1.877.311.SKIN(7546) and request a RMA (Return Authorization) number. Please include your Name, and Order number.
- Pack all purchased product (even if empty) in a suitable container and include a copy of the included packing sheet. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship the unused portion of your product(s) to:

- EC Research will process all eligible returns within 72 business hours upon receipt. A confirmation of the refund transaction will be sent via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
IMPORTANT: EC Research Corp. reserves the right to refuse any refund request based upon the abuse of our return policy.
